We had an amazing time at this year’s Give a Duck Charity Golf Day, where we joined forces with the community to raise vital funds for the incredible charity – Give a Duck. The event, held on the 13th of September, was not only a fantastic day of golf but also a powerful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children battling cancer. Making a Difference
Our support for Give a Duck is rooted in their remarkable mission to provide comfort to children undergoing cancer treatment by gifting them special ‘Chemo Ducks.’ These ducks, complete with medical lines and ports, serve as cuddly companions, helping kids understand their treatment and ease their fears. Knowing that our involvement helped fund more of these therapeutic ducks was the driving force behind our participation, so of course we had to step up to the tee!
Swing Into Action
The Charity Golf Day was memorable, filled with friendly competition and a sense of purpose. It was incredible to witness the enthusiasm and generosity of everyone who participated, and we were proud to be one of the supporting businesses.

Community Support
We are thrilled to announce that the event raised an incredible £13,497 for Give a Duck. The day was a great success, with teams coming together in a friendly spirit to raise money and awareness. The generosity displayed during the raffle and auction helped raise additional funds, making it a fantastic opportunity for the community to come together for a noble cause in a wonderful setting.
We want to thank Give a Duck for allowing us to be involved and give a special shoutout to all the golfers, sponsors, and donors whose contributions helped make the event a huge success. It was truly inspiring to see businesses and individuals alike coming together for such a worthwhile cause. Even the Duck didn’t seem so happy with our score, but it didn’t dampen what was a fantastic day!
