Iveco Electric Van Leasing for Business Fleets

We’ve taken a closer look at the Iveco electric van fleet to give you details on Iveco battery range, payload capacity, and other key features, so you can make an informed decision on whether an Iveco electric van would be suitable for your business.

Iveco Electric Van Models Available for Leasing

Iveco are a long-standing truck manufacturer with a strong focus on heavy duty 7.5 ton and above vehicles. They do have two models which fit into the van category and electric vans have been released of both variants.

Because of their large truck pedigree, Iveco are well known for their robust build quality and rugged working capability.

Take Control of Your Transition to Electric Vans

There are three Iveco electric vehicles that would fit into the van category. The eJolly and eSuperJolly are built in collaboration with Stellantis, and so share many similar features to the familiar Vauxhall Vivaro and Movano.

Iveco eJolly

Partnering with Stellantis allows Iveco to lease a medium electric van in addition to its larger fleet. The eJolly has a 220 mile battery range, and 10 minutes of rapid DC charging can add 60 miles to the range. It can carry a payload of up to 1,135 kg.

Key Features:

  • Adaptive Cruise Control
  • Front, Rear and Flankguard Sensors
  • Digital Central Rear View Mirror
  • 100 kW DC Charging Speed

Iveco eDaily

The smallest variants of the Iveco eDaily are similar in size and payload to the eSuperJolly. However, the eDaily is a far more customisable electric van lease, with the ability to add modular batteries and increase your range to up to 248 miles. The 4.2 tonne eDaily electric van can carry up to 1,390 kg.

Key Features:

  • Keyless Entry and Start
  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Adaptive Cruise Control
  • Rear Cross-Traffic Braking

Iveco Electric Van Range and Charging Considerations

To help remove range anxiety from customers, the Iveco eDaily electric van has the option to increase battery size through its modular battery system, increasing range to over 240 miles (WLTP) on a single charge. Rapid DC charging can add 60 miles onto the range in 10-20 minutes, so all it takes is a quick top-up charge to keep you on the road.

How to optimise your electric van:

  • Top-up charging is more efficient when you’re on the road. Don’t wait until the battery is low.
  • Leave full charging for overnight. It’s cheaper and doesn’t interfere with your day.
  • Plan your route. Most vans travel less than 30 miles in a day so a full charge should last quite a while.
  • Drive smoothly. Sharp acceleration wastes power, as does high speed. Steady driving extends your range.
