In instances of no-fault vehicle downtime, including breakdowns that cannot be repaired on the roadside, we will source a replacement vehicle for your business while your vehicle is being repaired. The replacement vehicle provided will be fit for purpose, and, wherever possible, like for like, keeping the negative impact on your business and operations to a minimum.

Committed to compliance and driver safety
Your vehicles’ tyres are regularly checked as part of your vehicle service. However, if you are concerned about the safety of your tyres, or need an emergency replacement, then we can help.
Simply contact your local Dawsongroup vans site with your vehicle’s registration, mileage and location, and we will arrange for you to be fitted with our local tyre supplier. Please note that if a call out is needed, this will attract an additional charge.
Tyre damage (such as punctures, blowouts and side damage) is chargeable. However, in these cases, betterment will apply and you will only be charged for a percentage of the remaining tread depth. This means that you won’t be charged the full cost of a new tyre when the old one was only part way through its useable life.
